No long term contracts

Contracts can be a real trap. We don’t want to force you to use a service you no longer want. Some other providers make you commit to 6, 12 or even 18 month contracts. Often you will be caught paying a premium rate as internet prices drop. Who can predict what will happen months from now? You might take a holiday or decide to just have a break from the internet for a while. Perhaps you move house or are trying to cut costs - it’s in your best interests to have an ISP that lets you come and go as you choose. No long term contracts also means we will work harder to make our internet access fast, reliable and price competitive because we want to keep you as a client.

From dialup to broadband internet, from home phones to mobile phones, everyone tells you to choose a plan. Why not just give you the best deal for your usage every month? We all have busy lives; why do we need to research complicated plans and offers, monitor our usage and contact our supplier to get the best deal every month?

It’s not right, and Jennings Internet is taking a stand!

That’s why we’ve introduced the “Relax” Plan.

The relax plan

The relax plan is $8 per month for four hours and $2.50 per additional hour, capped at $24.95. There are no download limits. The system will automatically disconnect you after 4 hours of use or 20 minutes of inactivity. You may redial immediately if you wish to keep surfing.

Here are some examples:

You use 4 hours in June, the charge is $8.
You use 7 hours in June, the charge is $15.50 ($8 plus 3 x $2.50)
You use 80 hours in June, the charge is $24.95

Even if you don’t use the internet for the month, for $8 you get to keep your email address, personal website and use web based email from anywhere in the world. Even if you’re signed up with another ISP, it’s a handy backup account if your regular service is not working.

Payment options

Charges are put through in the month after access, generally in the first week. (EG October’s usage will be billed out in early November). We cannot guarantee the billing date, so it important that funds are available from the 1st day of the month onwards.

Can you install the software for me?

Of course! If you need help setting up your computer for the Internet, bring your computer (base only) and modem in and we’ll configure it in our workshop for free. Alternatively, for only $66, we’ll perform a standard install at your premises. For more experienced users, we give you all the required information and software to configure it yourself.

What if I require more than one email address?

We provide up to five email addresses free of charge. Additional email addresses can be purchased for a once-off charge of $10.
