318ci poly engine removed for reconditioning

Body removed from chassis, engine stripped for reconditioning

Engine fully restored and partially assembled

Chassis sandblasted, primed and painted. New front end kit

Engine & transmission fitted, new brake system, shockers, bearings, ready to start

Engine is complete and running, engine bay painted and interior gutted for rust sealing

Body back on chassis, underneath sealed & painted, fuel tank to be hooked up for driving

Exterior trim, mouldings, roof rails, grille, headlights, taillights removed for Soda Blasting

Doors, windshield and backglass removed. Dash cluster cleaned and dials painted


Soda Blasting completed, no hidden rust holes, very neat and straight

Etch Primer applied, sanding and some fillwork, front seat removed for trimmer

Bodywork complete, colour tested, dashboard complete, ready for first coat

Car seats & sun visors re-upholstered and fitted

Base coats applied, roof next and then clear coated

All chromework completed - Bumpers, steering ring, handles etc

Exterior painting complete, dashboard painted, reconditioned transmission to be put in

Lower grille, front bumper bar and front spears assembled

White band tyres and hubcaps fitted, sound deadener & carpet in, rear bumper put on

Back glass and trim fitted, seats put in and Steering Wheel horn ring placed in

All windows functioning, doors open/close, dash in, mirrors on, wiring done

All side trims on, taillights fitted, number plate on

Door Panels made to standard factory styling

Headlights in, Grille and 'V' fitted and door panels secured on doors. Test driven
